My Personal Story

When I was in 10th grade, everything was going well. Then, I got chickenpox, and life changed. Even after recovering, my hair started falling out in large amounts. Every time I combed my hair, I felt worried and sad. It was a tough time. Hair is a big part of who we are, especially as teenagers. Losing it made me feel insecure and like I was losing a part of myself. I didn’t want to go out or be seen. My friends tried to cheer me up, but nothing worked for years. Then in 2020, during the lockdown, things changed. Staying at home was hard for many, but for me, it was a blessing. My mother saw my struggles and decided to help me. Ayurveda has always been part of our family, so she made hair oil using an old Ayurvedic recipe. She used ingredients like amla, brahmi, and bhringraj, soaking them in coconut oil. The house would fill with the wonderful smell of the oil, and she made it with so much love and care. I started using the oil every night, massaging it into my scalp. It felt cool and relaxing. Within weeks, I saw a difference—my hair fall reduced, and new hair started growing. My hair became thicker, healthier, and stronger. I was so happy!
